Dr. Marilyn Kandala
Dr. Marilyn Kandala obtained her dental degree from the University of Toronto, and is also a graduate of McMaster University’s Bachelor of Health Sciences Honours Program.
She is currently a member of the Ontario Dental Association, Canadian Dental Association and Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario.
Dr. Marilyn has participated in Great Shape!’s 1000 Smiles dental humanitarian projects, providing emergency care to residents of Grenada.
Furthermore, Dr. Marilyn enjoys learning about new advances in dentistry, and regularly attends continuing education courses. Dr. Marilyn practices biomimetic dentistry, preserving tooth structure wherever possible and using techniques and materials to imitate the natural tooth itself. She strives to build lasting relationships with her patients and provide high quality comprehensive care.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Marilyn enjoys outdoor activities, pickleball, ping pong, cooking, baking, singing and spending time with family and friends.
